Sometime, many years ago, in high school Paul began tinkering with business ideas and marketing. He noticed a natural knack for motivating people and generating functionally creative ideas. This went with him into college and slowly developed into a few businesses that helped pay for school.

He was hired as a technical writer for a software company and soon began training companies on their ERP system. Within a few years he was one of the top guys in charge of software implementation at new companies across the US. Through this, he had the opportunity to work with a multitude of businesses in various stages of growth. As way leads to way, he took an opportunity in a local company where he could continue building his success story by helping other companies. This passion of helping other companies with innovative ideas and intelligent staffing soon spread.

In addition to opening a consulting firm, he opened All For Dogs, Inc. This pet services company grew to be one of the largest non-franchised pet service companies in the Chicago area, and eventually reached approximately 700 visits per week with a very large staff. Even during the recession, revenue continued to increase. In late 2011, after receiving numerous offers, All For Dogs was sold. The company still runs strong under new management.

As the current Director of Operations and Business Strategy at The Association of Pet Sitting Excellence, Paul has been involved with multiple business incubators and product creation groups in various stages.
